It could be in New York, as that’s where Kellman went to get him to be a community organizer for Chicago. Obama claimed this week at a meeting that he taught Constitutional Law. And at one point he worked for the same law firm in Chicago as Michelle Obama. So Illinois should be the place he has lilcense to practice law, even if he had passed the bar in NY.
