This blogger has just started, and his first post is GOOD.
He makes interesting points about the use of camera angles and lenses to control how one "sees" an interviewee. Palin, Obama and HRC are compared.
So go check it out, and leave him a comment to encourage him to keep pointing stuff like this out.

Oh, and I forgot to add that McCain is so far inside of the Obama campaign's OODA loop that as long as the R's don't massively screw up, this campaign is over.
My own take on the Obama campaign, said about four to six months ago, but only in private, was that I hadn't seen this much youthful excitement and anticipation since the McGovern campaign of 1972.

TV IS educational. Until this hit job I had believed Gibson to be a competent, honest reporter. Now we know better.

My pleasure.
Now this analogy isn't original, but I did take it from wherever I got it and polished it up a bit-
The Web, and the blogosphere in particular, resemble a vast junkyard full of the rusting carapaces of Yugos and Ladas.
Acres and acres of them.
But, every several square miles or so, there's a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost sitting there- and it's in mint condition.
And it's our obligation to point each other to them, if not out of common courtesy, then to reduce the amount of chaff we have to sift through in order to find some wheat.

Did you notice Hillary is framed by rows and rows of law books, in neat and orderly rows - implying legal and scholarly backgrounds of great import.
Palin’s head is framed by a hideously distracting black and blue flower.
