The BEST LINE of the DEBATES....
You got it, the only line that had legs from the entire sequence of debates.
That was a terrific line.
Why in the hell didn’t he use it weeks ago?????
McCain seemed to ‘wake up’ tonight. I hope it isn’t too late.
I was watching ABC (i think, Gibson guy was on) and they mentioned this line as being powerful....
I cant stand watching CNN, I was basically screaming and SPIT kept SPRAYING out of my mouth onto the CNN anchors...hahahahah
I still like “Senator government.”
While that was a good line, I think “Senator Government” topped it.

WTF was wrong with Kristol and Barnes? After seeing FOX Analysis, they were like McCain sucked? Then Krauthamer said not even Ronaldus Magnus could survive against the O. Did they watch the same debate?
Because this was the only one of the three debates without a totally artificial format. Finally, they had a man-to-man debate, and McCain won it hands down.
This one line eliminated what was to be MANY of Obama’s talking points tonight.
After the statement had been delivered and they had it out over Bush policies, he no longer could say “like Bush...”
No, the best line of the debate was when McCain, totally by accident, referred to Obama as “Senator Government”.
Freudian? You bet. Freud was right.
Last time it was “That One”, but tonight McCains subconscious slipped a reference in with much greater clarity.
Senator Government. Says all you need to know.
Old Soviet joke. Have you seen these new models of tv? They have windshield wipers like you'd find on a car. They work great at clearing off the spit on the screen.
I think they were watching a preview of Letterman vs. McCain based on their comments. Thank goodness Hannity got on soon.
Joe the Plumber may be McCain’s best hope. Obama’s change is not change...it’s just the same old failed socialism that penalizes the industrious and rewards the slackers. It didn’t work in the USSR. It ain’t working in the workers’ paradises of Cuba and North Korea. Joe the Plumber represents the American Dream. Obama plans to kill that dream and “spread around” the fruits of Joe’s labor. Get Joe on TV!
I loved it also when he said “I admire his eloquence, but did you hear what he just said? We have to look at offshore drilling. We don’t have to look at it. We have to do it.”

I got to thinking about McCain calling Obama “Senator Government” and started laughing. Best gaffe since Dick
Army called Barney Frank “Barney F**.”
Best laugh of the night—”Senator Government.”

Because there would have been no impact tonight.
Repetition is boring. I don’t care what the MSM says..McCain scored some points tonight.
