The same is very likely true of the seal. That is it is applied manually at the same time the stamp is put on the back. You'll notice that the seals aren't all in the same place either.

While the fact that the document is forged suggests that he is not a natural born citizen. For what other reason would they offer up a forged CoLB? But it's not quite "proof". For that you need to get a CoLB directly from the State of Hawaii, and better yet a copy of the Certificate of Birth, aka "Long form" or "vault" certificate.
That's all we really want, and there is NO reason it cannot be provided to a court or election official.
He's got high-ups covering for him--case in point he's appoionting DCI John Brennan who as CEO The Analysis Corp employed the contractor who accessed the Obama passport file.
No doubt to check what was there, remove or modify anything inconvenient, insert whatever was deemed necessary.
The stonewall and slow-roll in responding to repeated requests indicates it isn't there and will have to be manufactured.

Thanks, and I’ll try to not double post again. Thought I wasn’t logged in when my two posts didn’t appear for awhile, so I re-did them.
Yes, I joined FR recently to add to that discussion on Obama’s selective service registration form after Debbie Schlussel wrote her story about it. I found some evidence the form was forged too, except it was doctored to make it look like a fake after the form was scanned. I’m all for exposing a conspiracy, even if the real conspiracy is creating a false conspiracy.
Sometimes biased investigators make assumptions that are only assumptions, but they try to turn them into facts. Like the assumption DS made that a date stamp with USPO would not be used after 1971, when in fact they were used for at least 18 years after that, as I showed with my own certified mail date stamp scans from the 1980’s. (Sorry for wandering off topic.)
That is outstanding work, sadly it will come to nothing. Because the American People simply do not care. They have not for a long time. The business leaders, also, do not care. If you produced proof beyond any doubt, such as an original with ink that he was born on Mars, it would simply not be a factor. The American People, will not care, will not act, will not rise up, the Republic is dead.
That is not just a cynical statement or sour grapes, or anything but a dispassionate acknowledgment of the fact.
They wanted this phony who told tells them only what they want to hear. He can do anything, the economy can and will get worse, but so long as he continues to lie boldly, he will hold his sway over the people.
And the big corporations? So long as they get their bailouts by the billions, he gets a pass from all the powers that be.
And forget the so-called loyal opposition. John McCain is already kissing up to him trying to be part of this great legacy. McCain will become a traitor larger than Benedict Arnold. And the American people will not even notice.

That is changing even as I speak. People all over the nation are waking up to the startling realization that they voted into office someone who refuses to prove who he is, where he was born, and to whom.
The "Unthinkable" will become the prevailing thought that will turn this ship around. Unlike the Titanic, all we really needed to spot the danger lurking ahead, was a very, persistent ice cube that just would not melt.
I'm sure you appreciate the symbolism here.
