temporary period of unemployment, reminding me that success is around the corner if I choose it.
I too am going through a temporary period of unemployment, but I had a real good interview yesterday so things are looking up. I am not going to allow anything or anybody to keep me down.
I like your enthusiasm for Rush, I like listening to him because he knows what he is talking about and he makes sense.
Please add me to your ping list

Rush Limbaugh is the “Thomas Paine” of our lifetime. History will show he was one of the few of his genre to stand firm when our republic went through it’s Marxist assault of the early 21st century.

Rush Limbaugh is the Thomas Paine of our lifetime. History will show he was one of the few of his genre to stand firm when our republic went through its Marxist assault of the early 21st century. Given who writes public education 'history' textbooks, I am not so sure in 50 years their will be any mention of Rush. So long as Americans continue to ignore unionized government education of their young skulls of mush, generations down the road will only whisper about what Rush said.

Good point. But I am counting on zero to screw things up so much that an awakening will take place in this country in the same vein of the Carter to Reagan era. Except even more amplified.

Good point. But I am counting on zero to screw things up so much that an awakening will take place in this country in the same vein of the Carter to Reagan era. Except even more amplified. I don't know anymore. I thought Bama's stimulus and ensuing budget were massive screw ups in the 'new' world of Bama's hope and change. And given all the promises made by Bama, I expected the majority of Americans would be insulted by a paltry sum of 13 bucks a week in change would be considered a stimulus.
I guess they will have to wait a year to find out their stimulus was short lived when their windfall this year raised their taxation bracket. Maybe Congress allowing the Bush tax cuts to wither away on the vine will be the shock therapy that wakes more up but I am not seeing that trend.
I thought that when the speculators drove up the price of 'oil' at break neck speed it would awaken Americans to the fact that liberals have made holy shrines of our natural resources in the name of 'green'. But no, oil prices miraculously dropped and it is as if there is no memory it ever happened.
