Obama’s Supreme Court Pick, the first pick by a Democratic President in 15 years, is Sonia Sotomayor, a federal judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Surprise surprise, she is a liberal with little understanding of law and the Constitution. Today I form a list of grievances, if you will, giving good reason for why Sotomayor shouldn’t be seated on the Supreme Court bench.
My biggest problem with Sotomayor is that she rules from the bench, that is, she is not impartial but instead acts as a legislator does and imposes her own opinion.

TOTUS, POTUS, SCOTUS, COTUS—these are cool terms. However, sotomayer was appointed to the bench by the elder Bush. Even the younger Bush considered her before (thankfully) appointing Alito. By appointing sotomayer, the former pres must have been nodding to the RATS. By appointing sotomayer to SCOTUS, obozo was flipping the PUBS the BYRD. (pun intended)
She is ineligible due to the president being ineligible who nominated her unlawfully.
Find her track record on abortion and drive a wedge based upon largely Catholic Hispanic voters being opposed. Highlight her appallingly racist views on anyone but people such as herself. My goodness, she thinks “Latina” women are superior. I’m shocked, shocked I say. So nice of her to go out on a limb and make personal sacrifices for her beliefs.

Hey newbie, it’s not that she’s bad...it’s that who we would get if we defeated her nomination...would be much worse.
