Look's like Obama's new pick has some history in ruling against freedom of speech on blogs.
This gem comes from NBC:
President Barack Obamas nominee to fill a Supreme Court vacancy has yet another tie to Connecticut. She sided against a student in the infamous douche bag case, and that has upset some free-speech advocates.
Sotomayor joined two other judges from the 2nd Circuit in ruling that the students off-campus blog remarks created a foreseeable risk of substantial disruption at the students high school and that the teenager was not entitled to a preliminary injunction reversing a disciplinary action against her, Education Week reports.

Sotomayor is a Commie. Nough said.
“and that has upset some free-speech advocates”.
...as opposed to the NO free speech advocates. Pathetic.
douche bag
...funny. That’s exactly what I’d describe Sotomayor as.
Isn't that special! Could it be Satan!!
She also thinks we don’t have a constitutional right to own guns.
"I just found out that Sotomayor is a member of the National Council of La Raza. WAKE UP!"

so she is not a big fan of free speech
is this our cue to start mailing douche bags to the Dirksen Senate Office Building?
Yes yes. What’s new?
Scratch a liberal, fins a fascist.
ROFLMAO - thanks i needed that -— ahhahahaha
Lewis Black’s usage of the word “skewed” comes to mind

there are a lot of rate my teacher/professor sites online
she has some free speech too, she can give her opinion, it should be up to her parents whether to take her off the pooter for a while as punishment
The constitution disagrees.
