I received this in an e-mail from our County Republican Party Chairman:

Contact both of your senators and your representative. Ask them to read Page 425 of the proposed health care bill

Spent best part of 30 years catching those critters by the ton - but even though I did most forms of fishing - I never stuped to trolling for them - too labor intensive - best with nets and fish by the ton. More money too.

Just came across where the Death Panel bit comes from - wrong Bill - it was in the senate finance bill - was... now removed.

I’d like to see everyone in America become familiar with Zeke’s chart showing the rising, then declining ‘utility’ of Americans by age, designed for use in allocating healthcare resources. Would make a great visual as a sign at a town hall. Also, a sign that makes clear that Zeke wants to end the Hippocratic Oath.

Those two points should really do in the whole plan.

Actually, I believe we can be healthier without all the doctor visits and drugs. It is a mistake to also buy the premise that the more health care, the healthier we are.

We are definitely senior citizens and do not go to doctors and do not take drugs. We do take supplements.

That's not to say we won't go to a doctor but we're not going to do it unless it's an emergency. We do not want unnecessary drugs. I also know I will never take chemo.

We were leisure fishing on the bay and the best way to catch Bluefish is trolling and chum.

*Unfortunately*, we later found out that our whole catch was full of that infamous Kepone.

Oh well.

Snagged a few sand sharks now and again.

It was better than sitting on the beach watching my Mom broiling herself....:))

That’s odd.

How does one “drop” or “remove” something from a bill when they all *swore* it was not there in the first place?

Yeah.

*Now* I’ll trust and believe them about the *rest* of it.

[NOT]

Most have been swearing/talking about the HOUSE Bill HR 3200 which did NOT have that provision/section. not the SENATE Finance Bill which DID have that provision/section. There is another Senate Bill also - I don't know what is in that one either, but we will learn shortly I suppose.

The Final Bill - if there ever is one - will be an amalgamation of the House and Senate Bills to be decided on in conference, and then re-voted up or down in House and Senate. and passing both, then sent to Hussein.

Hubby is 65, “retired” and works 14 hours days building trike kits.

He is the most vibrant and lively person I know.

My dad is 78 and spends his days working on 250 acres of treacherous mountain terrain, “just piddling around” with his property maintenance.

My GG-aunt lived to be 104 and until her daughter forced her into a nursing home *1 year* prior to her death, she ran steep hills every day, chasing after her milk cows.

She was fine as frog hair when they locked her up but she just slid downhill, gave up and died.

I’ll simply believe nothing they say because 99% of it will be unbelievable, any way.

99% OK

totally unbelievable here (100%) - especially since I think the whole works will pass into law in its most draconian form - and then we will live in a 99-100% unbelievable country.

Sadly
