We have been using the Federal Courts thinking that we still have a Constitution to live up to. Well, we don’t. In 1913 the USofA became a Corporation. Therefore, all lawsuits must be brought up on the DC Court system not in Federal Court. The Supreme Court MUST know (and this scares me) that they’ve been play-acting since 1913 as the “Court of last resort” for lawsuits brought against the President or anyone else living within DC. THAT Court is the District Court and there is no other Court higher to appeal to.
