The poll majority think that President Obama should be impeached and/or tried for treason as THE ENEMY OF THE AMERICAN REPUBLIC. What say you? Do you stand for liberty, or do you favor Obama style fascism as do a small minority who have taken the poll?

BO can’t be impeached. Only a President can be impeached. He isn’t President since he hasn’t proven he is eligible by being a natural born citizen per Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution.
Interestingly, they don’t mention that Obama is not an ELIGIBLE president. Not until he shows us all his birth certificate anyway.
And if he fails to do that, yes, treason will be appropriate, and there is only one penalty for that.
I’m sure if Obama is tried for treason the first thing out of his lawyer’s mouth is that as a citizen of Kenya he cannot be tried in an American court.

Another thought - in case of a successful Second American Revolution - BHO could be tried by a military courts martial. After all, he would have served as “Commander-In-Chief” of the U.S. Armed Forces.
I think General Petraeus would make an excellent President of the proposed court martial, which would be empowered to order execution by military firing squad if the former CIC were found guilty of treason in a time of war.
Oh! And no appeals...Penalty to be carried out within 24 hours in Washington, D.C. by a military firing squad made up of veterans of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

President Biden? I think not. If BHO is tried for treason it will only happen in the context of revolution and I doubt that revolutionists who have spilled blood to overthrow the federal government will allow anyone to occupy the Oval Office, or any federal office down to the lowest file clerk for that matter, without an excellent patriot background and service in the revolution.
I would think the trial of Biden would follow quickly on the trial of BHO. Then Hillary Clinton...Then Bill Clinton..Then Jimmy Carter. So many traitors! The revolutionary courts will be busy, and I predict Fox News will have the video.

To be tried for treason one has to be a citizen. If sparky is not, then the charge de jour would have to be espionage.
The cabinet and both houses you could get for treason, and not break a sweat proving that, and with that you could also probably invoke the RICO provisions on 88% of them.

I’ll settle for impeachment. Are you telling me that if the legislature impeached him tomorrow you would try to over turn it on grounds he isn’t eligible to be President? Talking about cutting your nose off to spite your face.
I’m not even suggesting that I think he should be tried for treason. It’s seems very unrealistic to even contemplate it. I believe that if it is shown to be the case that he is not in compliance with the citizenship requirements, then articles of impeachment would be appropriate. That process starts in the house of representatives so, if we managed to win the house back, we could potentially make that happen. Treason though? forget it. personally, I would be content to win just big enough to keep his and their “progress” at a standstill.
