Oh yeah, and then there is the recent thread about miss-spelling words in bills so that word search won’t work. Our government working with our best interests at heart.

I long delayed writing my reps about the bill precisely because there was no actual consistent term for it. Proponents kept changing the name and disavowing whatever they weren’t using at the time. Kinda hard to be against something when you can’t even name it.
In this 1990-page monstrosity, not having acceptable (!) coverage garners a “tax” - not a “fine”, not a “penalty”, but a “tax”. How can you locate any references to fines/penalties when the words have been replaced to blend in to a total of 214 references to “tax”?
(BTW: I wonder WHO is supposed to collect that “unacceptable coverage tax”?)
