Here is video of Karl Rove talking with Greta van Susteren talking about President Obama going back on his word to hold a debate on Health Care in public with "C-Span" cameras there. Greta played multiple clips of Obama making that promise as a candidate, which he has never done in the entire course of the Health Care Debate. The deals the Democrats have made in both the House and Senate have been done behind closed doors with secrecy a papal selection would be proud of. . . . (VIDEO)

He is reminding me more and more of the reincarnation of Woodrow Wilson, pay lip service to how important the people are but in the end the President should impose his will since the people are to stupid to now what is good for them. Wilson developed the idea that the Constitution was a living document before he ran for President because he thought the idea of checks and balance limiting a Presidents prerogatives was an absurdity. Wilson dithered over WWI like Obama over Afghanistan. Now we have Obama circumventing the Constitution on healthcare and the EPA declaring CO2 poisonous so that Obama can unilaterally impose a complete remake of our economy.

The healthcare debate is instructive of Obama’s approach to community organizing and governing. Obama is very good at lying and his supporters are very easily fooled by his lies. This was simple to perform for his audience in Chicago. Now that he is performing in front of the whole nation including red states, his lies are easy to spot.
