Moving the KSM trial back to Gitmo and before a military tribunal will make Obama look like an inexperienced bumbler who cannot make good decisions. It will also inflame the leftists to whom he promised he would close Gitmo. His vacillation will also give no credibility to the trials. This is a lose lose situation for Obama.
