The bipartisan blowback against our junior-varsity president's decision to try terrorists in federal court is reaching gale force.
New York politicians were able to kick the Khalid Sheikh Mohammed trial out of Manhattan, but it’s becoming increasingly clear that not a single member of Congress wants the trial held in their home town either.

Moving the KSM trial back to Gitmo and before a military tribunal will make Obama look like an inexperienced bumbler who cannot make good decisions. It will also inflame the leftists to whom he promised he would close Gitmo. His vacillation will also give no credibility to the trials. This is a lose lose situation for Obama.

“Obama will be SHAMED...” You forget. Leftists HAVE no shame. That is why they are leftists...it’s a prerequisite! If Hussein has the trial at Gitmo, there will be a political reason, but SHAME will have nothing to do with it!
