They forgot one teeny thing - the U.S. Constitution.
- I hereby pledge that I will not comply with ANY UNCONSTITUTIONAL Federal legislation.
Yes I replaced 'do' with 'hereby' and added 'any'.
'I do pledge' sounds like it was written by someone in 8th Grade and added 'any' because this *thing* 'ain't' over.
