You mean like the Banks being taken over? Or GM, or being forced to buy a product or face fines?

Banks weren’t exactly taken over. They were bailed out. And any control that the government currently has over them is entirely related to the federal money. But that’s how government money always works. It’s why I oppose vouchers.
Now as for the thing about insurance. I actually don’t expect the Supreme Court to uphold it. Neither do most states that have passed the laws to force a constitutional challenge.
