Keith’s campaign is based on the fact that he grew U.S. Inspect from his garage in Northern Virginia, and that he was on the verge of bankruptcy. He says he is a CEO, entrepreneur, and a patent holder. Those are great qualifications to go to Congress with--- if they are true. So what's the real story with Keith?
As you’ll see below -- the real, original founder of the company and the man that Keith threatened, abused, and almost put into bankruptcy, was actually a man by the name of John McGreevy of McLean. Here is an excerpt from an e-mail McGreevy wrote with a couple of key facts about the real founding of U.S. Inspect, and the reality behind Keith’s egomaniacal character.

The timing of this story is suspect. If all this “dirt” has been known for years, why release it just now?

There’s a lot of question marks in Fimian’s bio and notlarrysabato addresses one of them pretty well. Keith is not an engineer or chemistry major. Where would he get the skills necessary to produce a patentable radon detection unit?
Apparently McGreevey couldn’t stomach the outright lies Keith keeps promulgating at every turn about how HE started the company in HIS garage (I have heard him say it - repeatedly)...sort of like “I served in Vietnam” - well not IN Vietnam, just during Vietnam. A lie is a lie.
Pat Herrity has worked very diligently to turn the sinking ship mess that Connolly left and which we will be cleaning up for years...our own oil spill = ragingly out of control budgets, out of control immigration, out of control development, zero accountability, masterminding the urbanization of Fairfax County with subsidized housing, mass transit, no road improvements, skyrocketing personal property taxes...all poised to get blue voters into the County. The puppeteer needs to answer for the chaos left on our doorstep and Fimian can’t do it.
Connolly has 1.5 mil in the bank. If a resourceful blogger can pull this out about Fimian, imagine the OR (Opposition Research) Connolly has on him. I suspect Connolly kept his powder dry in ‘08 because he really didn’t need to go after Fimian. Obama carried the district for him.
My personal theory is that Connolly will have a running mate - Virginia’s former part time Governor. If the democrats look like they’re about to lose 4 seats in the Commonwealth, you better believe Kaine will go all in for Connolly. After ‘09, Kaine doesn’t want to join that crowded space under Obama’s bus.
The best legitimate chance to end the reign of fiscal terror Connolly has beset our county with lo these many years comes this November. Fimian’s scrapping for a political name for himself because he started (um - jury is out on that - he is going to get nailed on it...not as juicy as video of ex-Senators nicking campaign lit from country stores, but still...)his inspection company in his garage?
Pat Herrity won in an incredible D favoring climate and had one hell of a mess to clean up...he knows how to work the back of the Connolly parade and scoop of that, well, you know.
Strong arming someone out of patent.
Injuring someone in an assault.
Is there a pattern?
