“Vanity: Should my son enlist in Army or Marines?”

Neither, for two reasons:

1) We don’t have a Commander-in-Chief who is an American citizen: therefore, all orders Nobama gives will be ruled moot

2) The person who is acting as Commander-in-Chief is a muslim, and is therefore speaking for the enemies of our country.

Those are good points to consider.

Ug, I know, but I’m trusting that the American people will significantly weaken Obama’s power this November, and completely eradicate it in 2012.

Stop trying discourage a person from joining the armed forces. That is completely ridiculous and uncalled for. Seriously that is really bad form. I am in the military and the Commander in Chief has not changed much of my life at this point. People did that when President Bush was president and we did not like it and now you are doing the same thing those liberal wackos did.

As a retired Navy man, I concur with your reasoning.

You could add a couple of other items:

1. The suicidal Rules of Engagement that our troops in the war zone have to live with(or die because of).

2. Having a Commander in Chief who doesn't like or understand the military will inevitably lead him to make disastrous decisions (i.e. Clinton in Somalia).
