What portion of the 3.3 million gallons of water in the Gulf of Mexico do you think Costner can put thru his centrifuge

Not sure where you came up with 3.3 million gallon figure ... it's well over 600 quadrillion gallons ... so Dances With Wolves is gonna need a crap load of those centrifuge gizmos.

Most sane people would assume anyone’s purpose would be to fix the problem as quickly as possible, and that cutting red tape in these special circumstances would be the first thing most of us (sane) people would do.

Conclusion: These folks (The Bammy Gang) don’t WANT it fixed. It’s much more useful as a crisis to be exploited for panicking the public.

What a tragedy.

Maybe the skimmers only need to process the top surface. I calculate to top 1/8 inch of the Gulf of Mexico is:

2,270,000,000,000 gallons. That's 2.27 quadrillion gallons.

Skimming any deeper would only add to the amount to be processed. They won't have to process the whole gulf, I hope. That's still a lot of water/oil/etc. to process. I don't know how much the Kostner machines can process per hour but I'll bet that thirty two of them may help a little, just a little. That is as long as the Obama regime doesn't interfere any more.
