People from second and third world countries have always been required to be disease-free upon entering America. They used to send legal immigrants right back on the boat if they tested positive for certain diseases. I have been noticing a certain commercial that airs constantly with a latina looking woman holding a baby asking where is the most dangerous place for a child to be? Her answer: In his mother's arms. It's an add for PARENTS to become innoculated for whopping cough - a disease Americans have been vaccinated for for decades now. There's apparently an outbreak of whopping cough now, passed from adult to child.
