This is my neighborhood and just can't get worked up enough to a give a damn about this guy. A 1989 murder rap and prison time for assault, drugs and burglary. I am not that worried about a gang war breaking out here...we don't exactly have a heavy biker gang presence here, and the guy that got shot was from Astoria but did not live in Astoria.
