Judicial Fifth-Columnist Joins Obama's Injudicious War on Arizona

In-keeping with the ongoing Obama Administration theme of forcing-through a radical Leftist agenda that goes against the interest of the country -as well as the wishes of the majority- Chairman Zero's unjust war on Arizona's attempt to defend itself was handed a small victory yesterday: an liberal, activist judge issued a temporary injunction that blocks a number of existing laws from being enforced, regardless of the heavy price paid by Arizonans... and all Americans.

Interestingly, Judge Susan Bolton's dubious decision includes blocking Arizona police from demanding proof of citizenship from those apprehended re. criminal activity... causing Laura Ingraham to wonder aloud if Judge Bolton is even aware that Federal law requires migrants to carry citizenship papers with them at all times... just like most sane, functioning countries.

And of course -as President- Barack Obama is sworn to uphold the laws of the land... now he's the one suing to stop Americans from doing the job he's required -yet refuses- to do! (hey Barry, we're not asking you change your tee-times or anything... just get out of the way, bro)

Some chutzpah, this guy... and how is this smug, anti-Constitutional impenitence not impeachable...? -Good question-

Arizona's brave and prinicipled Governor Jan Brewer said in a statement on her website (highlights RR) :

____________________________________________

This fight is far from over. In fact, it is just the beginning, and at the end of wh at is certain to be a long legal struggle, Arizona will prevail in its right to protect our citizens. I am deeply grateful for the overwhelmingly support we have received from across our nation in our efforts to defend against the failures of the federal government.

____________________________________________

Then Arizona's own Moonbattery framed just what's at-stake here in the most succinct of terms (highlights RR):

____________________________________________

Arizona's measured attempt to defend itself from foreign invasion was gutted today by Clinton-appointed apparatchik Susan Bolton, using legal "reasoning" that was probably not even intended to be taken seriously.

A state that is facing economic and societal collapse due to Mexican colonization is officially not permitted to enforce immigration law.

We are moving into the end game now — the point where America's collectivist enemies dismantle the country.Imagine an electoral map with the entire Southwest turned from mostly red to deep blue, inhabited predominantly by unskilled Third World peasants on welfare. The people running our government have imagined it.

They know what it will mean: one-party socialist rule. Our country will either rot to death or be torn apart in civil war, but that's a price the Left is more than willing to pay to consolidate power. Anyone who has spent time around liberals knows how much they hate America.

Unsurprisingly, now that they have their boot on the neck of the world's Last Best Hope, they are stomping down with all their might...

Obama's setting himself up for a HUMILIATING defeat in this war he's waging on Arizona... and most Americans oppose what he's doing.

Voting Democrat for most people is like eating at McDonalds.

You forget how sick it makes you feel later but it tastes so good going down.

Then you swear it off for another few years until you forget again.

I posted this before and I stand by it:

Susan Bolton has flaws in her rulings. Rulings that could lead to trouble for the Federal Government. First off, 287g passed by President Clinton allows states to enter into a memorandum of agreement to carry out the responsibilities of Immigration. This allows local officers to perform those same duties that ICE officer can perform. Arizona is participating in that. Bolton just struck down that law. In effect, she is making immigration policy from the bench, an illegal act under the US constitution. Next, the provision in the Arizona bill that made it illegal for illegals to solicit work on the side of the road was flawed. Cities and communities across the USA have city ordinances forbidding this action. Susan Bolton banned this from the bill. She has said in her ruling that illegals in not only Arizona, but country wide now can solicit work on the streets. Another new immigration policy. So, according to the New DC Regime, the Feds can now make any policy they want without congressional oversight or congressional approval. And with out a presidential signing statement. We just saw the beginnings of a radical change in the federal government. One that is the complete opposite of the Republic we once had. So the question lies now, do citizens obey the illegal government, or do they disregard this ruling and re establish a new provisional government?

As a note I embrace those who want to come here and be a part of this country. And I will be the first to help them establish legal residency. I am against the exploitation of those here illegally by politicians such as the Obama administration. They deserve a fair wage, and the ability to pay into a system that will give them benefits. But when we have a federal government that wants to keep them illegal, and wants them to be used as slave labor, a system that we abolished in 1863, we must change that administration by all possible means. Susan Bolton gave a ruling based on politics, not on the resolution of the illegal alien. She is a puppet of the Administration that advocates slavery in the USA. As a Native American (Part Cherokee) and a Union Member, I denounce the decision of Susan Bolton.

I read the decision and did not see any mention of 9th or 10th amendments. Those are the key. The states, by becoming “united”, did not forfeit all their rights

You know, this case made me think about this freaking Kagan too... give Obama a couple more SCOTUS appointments and this country will never be the same...

PHOENIX – Arizona is preparing to ask an appeals court to lift a judge's ruling that put most of the state's immigration law on hold in a key first-round victory for the federal government in a fight that may go to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The appeal may come as early as today

She is a puppet of the Administration

Once again we find that while laws do not apply to the lawless, the full weight of the law is applied against the lawful. It’s only a matter of time until the oppressed lawful decide that the laws no longer apply to them either. This is prima facie evidence that our fearless leaders have violated their oaths of office, which should lead to their immediate impeachment and removal from office. From this moment, we are absolved of any further obedience to this oppressive regime.

Susan only gave her ruling based on direction from the WH. The One who is supposed to be a constitutional law expert is really one who undermines our constitutional process. He is against the Founding Fathers
