It's hard to imagine anyone so inept that they cant't tell a vagina from a rectum.
While I was in college I worked as part time counselor at a home for the adult retarded. There were a couple of clients with brain damage resulting from uncontrolled siezures. It's heartbreaking to see, even more so if it could have been prevented.

We have diastase for my daughter in case she has a prolonged seizure. We have never needed to use it. We live in california. This is pretty horrible.
