It’s moments like these that make me love politics so much! I’d rather watch this kind of drama on the House floor over a favorite television show any day! GOP Representative Buyer asked the Acting Speaker (obviously a Democrat) for 5 minutes to speak. She denies him his right and so he asked for 1 minute to speak. After arrogantly and ignorantly continuing to deny him a moment to speak on the floor, even though nobody was there to object he yells with fury, “This is why the American people have thrown you out of power!”

Raised voices continue from the floor when the acting Speaker finally relented and decided to give him his minute to speak. It just gets better from there! I like this guy- I really, really like this guy!

Yep, but 'were' fortunate is more accurate. He's retiring and will only remain through the lame duck session. (His wife is very sick). Lord willing his newly elected replacement, Todd Rokita (R), will have the same cajones as Buyer has displayed throughout his service.

In addition to being posted in the wrong forum (since corrected) this article has a fraudulent claim in its header..

You will note that it lists "Libertyjuice.com" as the source and "Brittany Pounders as the author.

In fact, this video was posted here in the bloggers forum two days ago by the Federalist Patriot from Freedom's Lighthouse.net, who originally found the video and posted it to YouTube.

It would appear that in this dupliicate thread, Brittany Pounders is taking credit for another FReeper's work, duplicating a thread and posting it to the wrong forum.

No one here is "anti-blogger." But there are a lot of us here who are fed up with blogpimps who use the forum we provide through our donations as free advertising for stuff they've ripped off.

This just makes it harder for the good bloggers, like Federalist Patriot to do the work they do. You will note in his (her) posts, that there is always a direct link to the video, and in most cases Freedom's Lighthouse has produced it, or at the very least is the original poster to YouTube.
