When someone says they don’t think President Barack Obama is actually a Christian, the expectation would be that they think he’s secretly a Muslim. Not Bill Maher. On tonight’s Real Time, in the process of arguing that Obama’s not really a centrist politically, Maher also revealed that he doesn’t think Obama’s actually Christian, either, but rather a secular humanist.
The belief Maher apparently holds – that Obama isn’t actually a Christian, but merely pretends to be one to keep up appearances for the sake of his political career – strikes us as one of the most cynical things anyone could possibly believe about Obama.
Maher’s right.
Bill Maher is not helping unless he believes 0 is a Muslim. Saying he’s secular is weak. C’mon, Bill, you can do better than that!
He’s got to be joking. No such thing as a secular Muslim.
The same could be said of many calling themselves Christians, including whole denominations (without naming them).
I never have thought for a moment that Obama is a Muslim. It always seemed plain to me that he sees organized religion simply as a means to an end. Rev. Wright’s church gave him “street cred” that he needed politically, so that’s what he joined. If he had perceived more political benefit to something else, he would have joined that sect. I always have seen his “religion” as purely about appearances and marketing. I think he worships himself.

Anyway, no one knows what’s in O’s heart, but he doesn’t act like a Christian, more like a muslim.
He does what the devil tells him to do.
MAJOR TV host? Hmmm. I’ve never seen his current show. I remember his old show, in which he towed the PC line, but called it “Politically Incorrect” in order to confuse the masses.

Odumbo is not a christian stradling the fence between christianity and islam. Odumbo’s religion is secular humanist. Is that better understood than christianity and muslim. The guy wants to be everything to the christians, the muslims and the secularists. He is an opportunist - better known as a parasite, sometimes referred to as a lawyer or bottom -feeder, ie; carp, shrimp or an orchid.

During a House Intelligence Committee hearing Thursday, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper called Egypt's branch of the Muslim Brotherhood movement "largely secular."
