Fake Doctors' Notes Being Handed Out at Wisc. Union Rallies
Pundit Press ^ | 2/19/11 | Aurelius

Fake doctors' notes have been obtained from union rallies in Wisconsin. They read:

Feb 19, 2011

Patient’s name ________________

Date of birth ____/_____/_____

To Whom it May Concern:

This is confirm I have seen and evaluated the above named patient.

Please excuse from work/school due to a medical condition from

____/____/____ through

Please contact me at badgerdoctors@gmail.com if additional information is needed. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Physician Signature:

Physician Name

WI license number

The purpose of these phony notes are to enable random people to hand in fabricated notes to their employers or superiors. This would make it appear that they weren't lying about being sick, but that they had in fact been ill and had seen a doctor.

One woman who obtained a fake note stated:

“I asked if they were handing out doctors’ excuses and a guy said yes and asked me if I needed one. When I told them I needed one for February 16 and 17th, he wondered if I wanted to come back here for the protests next week. I said, ‘sure,’ and I received a doctor’s note for the 16th through the 25th of February, without a medical exam.”

In a perfect world, or even a pretty good world, any teacher who brings in one of these phony medical notes would be fired. Any doctors participating in this scheme would lose his license.

Just sent a note to our governor, attorney general and several senators regarding this. Hopefully the AG will investigate, as this is collusion, conspiracy, fraud, falsifying medical records, etc.

I hope he’s got enough balls finally with the republicans being firmly in control of both chambers and the governorship.

these are medical students from the University Of Wisconsin Madison Medical School. the doctors number is actually not the NPI Number (a 10 digit number that is generated by a national registry). Any practicing doctor would have an NPI number, a medical student only uses the number that is generated by the state.

These medical students are probably receiving payment from the Union for them to do the sick out notes.

Which of course means that the state will spend even more money following up on every single note to find which, if any, are legitimate. Oh, how nice.

The phone number rings through the U of W. health line

Let's turn this around. If there is a ‘condition’ or ‘bug’ going around, then each of these teachers could be carriers and infect our children.

Each teacher must receive a complete physical after a quarantine period. (use up them sick days)

Until that time these teachers should be barred from school grounds. (including university campuses)

If a principal doesn’t have his secretary check out these phony excused absences, he deserves to be fired as well.

Dr. Hannah Keevil is listed as a Family Practice physician in Madison, Wi. The State needs to subpoena her appointment book.

a medical student whom is in residency is considered a doctor by the state, but he or she is not a full practicing doctor. the residency program requires the students to be supervised by a clinical professor so many of these medical excuses are bieing achieved by students whom have a clinical professor whom is overseeing them. But I have a difficult time with the issue that the clinical professor Hannah Keevlin is actually a student.

In 2000, I was a student at the University of wisconsin Madison for my Masters degree in Social Work (Counseling emphasis), I was able to utilize the services of the University Hospital called UW Health. My medical needs were attended by medical students whom were overseen by a professor.

Hope this helps with the understanding of medical attention can be addressed by a medical student - but the students could have some ramifications to there medical licensing. the medical doctors are not fully trained because they did not sign with their medical number issued through the National Provider (NPI) number it is 10 digit number. The number they are signing with is only the number issued by the state. this tells me that they are only students or residents. If they were to write a prescription the prescription would have their supervisors DEA number and would be in the medical doctor whom oversees them.

as a counselor I had to undergo 3000 hours prior to my license to be granted and I have an NPI number. whereby I can practice in any state in the union as amental health counselor
