In this tape, NPR executives were CAUGHT with their hands in the cookie jar. In this video as presented, and while I wait and get ready for the University of Connecticut men basketball team to play the opening game of the Big East Conference Championship in New York City’s Madison Square Garden today for a twelve noon pm opening game, read this recent development and it took me by SURPRISE this morning when it first came out.

Caught With Hands In Cookie Jar (NPR Executives Caught On Tape Bashing Conservatives And Tea Party Movement Members)
This is amateur stuff. “Caught with hands in cookie jar” means caught stealing. What is going on here is despicable, but no one has actually been caught stealing anything. So the title is misleading. I think what this person was trying, unsuccessfully, to communicate is that they were caught with their pants down...and even then, to be precise, what happened is that someone pulled their pants down for them but they didn’t notice.
