On Monday, March 28, 2011, President Obama delivered an address on the status of the American involvement in Libya.
The address was carried live from approximately 7:30 PM- 8:00 PM on 8 networks.
The sum of the average audience for those networks was 25,636,310 viewers, with a combined household rating of 16.9.
The networks carrying the address included ABC, CBS, NBC, TEL, CNN, CNBC, FOXNC, and MSNBC.

I’d rather have a root canal than watch that blue-lipped Kenyan give a speech.
At 7:30pm EST it wasn’t meant for you to watch it. When a President really wants everyone to view their speech they wait until 9pm so that the west coast will be home to see it too.
The purpose of the speech is a post Gadaffi 2012 campaign commercial.

And 10 million tvs have to be replaced after the screens were smashed with shoes and/or beer bottles.

It wasn't run at 9pm because the station that carries Dancing with the Stars said they would not preempt their show for his speech, so it was moved up in time.
If I hear the words “LET ME BE CLEAR” one more freaking time - I think my head will explode.
Ditto to that, but "fill in the blank will create jobs" and basically any thing he says since it is all the opposite of what he says, and his voice in general.
I can raise that........I was getting an MRI....lumbar....pain was agonizing....I have not been able to be flat on my back with my legs straight...and I had to be for the MRI.....20 minutes of pure agony...I was whimpering in pain.....would do it again to avoid the O’s next speech.
I don’t care if he’s this Marxist runt the President of the United States, why would anyone deliberately tune in to hear this pompous Gas Bag spew more of his lies and fabrications?
I think they’re more a purple color. Whatever color they are, they sure flap alot and say nothing. And they can read well.
The second sector (program) of “Dancing With The Stars” drew 23,000,000 viewers. Keep in mind that “DWTS” is only on one TV channel wherein Obama had multiple channels (at least ten). The Obama numbers are horrible and getting worse. Only 8.3% of the American population tuned in. Not good numbers at all!!! Obama is both a “traitor” and failed POTUS, and the American people are getting wise to him and the hate America ilk (Farrakhan, Wright, Allen, Qaddafi, etc.) he pals with
