I attended the court martial of LTC Terrence Lakin. Needless to say I was very disappointed as to how the court martial was conducted in that no discovery or witnesses were allowed to be presented about the underlying reason that LTC Lakin believed he had no constitutional choice to faithfully live up to his solemn oath to the Constitution but to disobey orders involving his second deployment to Afghanistan to call attention to a very serious constitutional crisis facing our nation. That reason was the very constitutional lawfulness of the putative president and commander-in-chief to issue orders to surge 30,000 more troops into combat in Afghanistan. All deployments of military forces to foreign combat zones must be ordered by a lawful president and such president must sign off on such orders. Thus LTC Lakin's deployment orders ultimately did originate with the Putative President Obama, and the legality of those orders and the chain of command did not stop at the Pentagon as was stated in the records of the preliminary hearings and in this trial. The Putative President Obama has not conclusively proven to the overwhelming majority of the American people that he is constitutionally eligible to be the President. See this recent scientifically conducted national poll wherein now less than 10% of those surveyed indicated they believed that Obama has conclusively proven he was born in the USA and/or is eligible to be the President.

Incredible that this POS living in our White House would let this soldier, one of “his own” hang out to dry because he refuses to let us see a $20 (if that much) piece of paper that you or I could come up with in 10 minutes.
Obambi is a disgusting human and is more than likely an illegal alien who has no business living in our White House. What a dark and horribly sad chapter in our American History.

This is Obama’s idea of a fair trial.
Everyone who voted for the sissy-boy is responsible for Col. Lakin’s imprisonment.
They were too busy or stupid or socialist to read/care about the “Won’s” LACK of a past, and his plans for the future of this great country.
I blame every damned one of them...I include relatives.
NOW, I thoroughly understand “brother fighting against brother” in the Civil War.
Lakin testified that higher military officers told him they had serious questions about Obama’s eligibility. So?...If they had questions, where is the evidence that these officers sought certifiable clarification from Congress, the courts, or from Obama himself?
If these officers suspected fraud in the chain of command then they overlooked corruption and fraud. When did turning a blind eye to corruption and fraud become part of the military honor code?
The Constitution deserves better.
The brave and honorable men and women serving under them deserve better.
The nation deserves better.
If true tyranny comes to this nation there is absolutely no way that these highest officers can be depended upon to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies.
Personally, in the unlikely event that I should be in the company of these highest level officers, I WILL SHUN THEM. I WILL TURN MY BACK.
Tell you what, if the surgeon who took his place in Afghanistan is willing to forgive Lakin, I am too.
