"Just shut up."He just can't stand the idea of anyone challenging Obama, and especially not on the grounds of Obama's constitutional (in)eligibility for office. Donald Trump's broadside on Obama's unexplored and, therefore, unknown history is causing liberals to see red.
Bill Cosby looks like he's going to throw up at the idea of The Donald tossing his hat into the ring. I think that gives you some idea of the power of the issue. When a guy like Trump makes liberals act like someone just charged a lifetime subscription to Rush Limbaugh's fan letter on their credit card, you know it's gold, Jerry, gold!

I agree — I don’t think Cosby is a liberal. Trump is just trying to stir up controversy for advertising (he can’t win a Presidential election). Besides, we don’t even need the birther thing to kick out Obambi from power in 2012 or even to impeach him, he’s given more than enough ammunition by way of his incompetence.

In a way I understand why blacks want Obama to succeed, regardless of many of their personal beliefs. For them it means they made it in Ameriacn society as a group. It is every bit as compelling as for Cathoics to feel they made it when Kennedy got elected. Though that example was well before my time, I remember my parents telling me that despite generally being very loyal Republicans usually, my grandparents flipped and voted for Kennedy because at the time, they lived through a lot of prejudice against Catholics, as well as gradually being more accepted as the mainstream of society, but still a little on the outside, until JFK was elected. Once he was elected, they felt, there was no ceiling for them in society. So in a way I understand black people’s desire to see Obama succeed. That being said, in the words of Rush, I hope he fails..

Bill Cosby is a “has been” that never was. What’s his claim to fame, he’s an old washed up “comedian” living for 50 years off his “reputation” of saying some marginally silly things and had a semi successful sitcom. Big deal, whatever he has to say doesn’t mean squat in my world.

Cosby is your typical liberal — he walks around the neighborhood with a sign, he says a few words, everybody feels good, he leaves and nothing changes. He then gets on a talk show and everybody swoons at what a swell guy he is and his fat head gets fatter. Bring up somebody else, like Trump, and he hates the competition. Typical.
Oh, my progressive, uber-lib brother had that talking point down, well before Zero was elected. His brain is wired in to Borg Central, just like the media's is.
I think what happened to his son, Ennis, really turned him bitter.
The most conservative person in my family was one of my late brothers. Until zer0 came along, that is. Now my two remaining sisters (two brothers and parents are gone) have taken decidedly orthogonal turns in the direction of rectitude. La Raza had some to do with it too. They live in southern California.

Lady, I'm not trying to convert them, or to even get them to see the worst of Obama's failings. These are middle-aged people who ought to have the capacity to see something as big as a barn door - but they don't. That's how deeply they've been indoctrinated by the left.
I only escaped the liberal mind control plantation because I've always been something of an outsider, and an independent thinker. Once I realized where I was, and that I was surrounded by a barbed wire fence, I had to get out. The rest of my family is quite comfortable there. So be it.

I've said for many years, that one of the principle tenets of liberalism is, "Thou Shalt Not Look".
You innately understand this, if you're under the sway of the leftist Borg. Liberalism discourages independent thinking, or observation of opposing views and data. It's the only way they can keep people under their control.
With knowledge, comes freedom. The hard-core left knows this, and does everything in their power to close off people's escape routes to freedom.
