I’ve posted this a few times before:
Here is some info on how/why .pdf scanned docs will have layers. There are two reasons, OCR- Optical Character Recognition and MRC- Mixed Raster Content. The former explains the text layers, the latter explains the image itself broken into layers as well as what some call the white out look. There are even image samples in the second link that are almost exact mirror images of that white out effect.

I suggest studying these before continuing this line of proof regarding the layers. There is nothing unusual about what you are seeing.
Let’s assume the thing is real.
Was it all that hard to release it? Why didn’t he do that in the first place.
Now what about the Social Security numbe abd his colleg records.

Birthlers don’t want to hear that this thing ain’t fake. They wanna be recognized by everyone as the loons they are.
Fight obozo on issues not on pipe dreams.
are you a real posters ot a government software program designed to go on every thread and post this nonsense. A single document copied to this format would appear as 1 field. If what you are saying is true there would be lots of little fields.
There’s a video where they take out the various levels one at a time.
Thanks for a post that should get more attention. The only thing the “layers” business proves is that the document was not provided in a form which allows any meaningful forensic analysis. While that might be suspicious in some cases, it’s really a non-issue here. What matters is whether the document as presented matches the record on file in Hawaii. If the custodian of records in Hawaii were to affirm that the document presented is a true and correct record, that’s as good as anything anyone can realistically ask for. If not, there would be no electronic document format that would allow for any type of certain authentication of the contents.
I do find it odd that Hawaiian officials seemed to make weasel statements regarding Obama’s earlier-posted “Certification of Live Birth”, since a lot of people would have been satisfied with a simple declaration that the information in that abstract precisely matched the original birth records.
I think we should stick to this line of reasoning until Obama and Hawaii lets a team of investigators go in and view the original.
Have the team consist of Jerome Corsi, Hannity, Limbaugh and whoever they want from the left. Include their insane hippie governor.
Just as Fukino’s statements didn't disprove Obama’s eligibility neither did they disprove it.
Well....This “official” slop neither proves or disproves his eligibility. I am certain that was Obama’s intention.
