Admittedly, it’s an odd name, but it is on other REAL long forms. I have a copy of a 1962 REAL BC with same Registar.
Two questions: 1. Why would BO’s BC have a different name than Nordyke Twins’ Registrar as they were born the very next day ? and 2. Would Alvin Onaka allow his name to be stamped on a fake doc ? or is the fact that it is an abtract cover him ?
I was born in Hawaii in '56. U.K. La Lee is the Registrar's name on my long form BC that I have had in my possesion for 50+ years.
