Eric Holder’s FBI has determined that the two would be terrorists with plans for an atack on New York “clearly” do not represent a threat to homeland security.
After all, no link has been found to any Tea Party organization. Nor is there any evidence that the two quasi homegrown terrorists listen to Rush Limbaugh.
Mohammad Mamdouh, 20, and Ahmed Ferhani, 26, both of Queens, were arrested Wednesday night. Ferhani is a native of Algeria and Mamdouh hails from Morocco. Mamdouh somehow got here legally; Ferhani’s application is still being considered. No doubt Holder can expedite.
The two Jew hating non threats to homeland security had planned an assault on a synagouge using guns and grenades and blow up the Empire State building, which, apparently, does not rise to the level of terrorism.
"One ranking counterterrorism official told The Post that the FBI and the FBI-NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force took a pass on the case because the men clearly did not post a threat to homeland security."
"‘If there’s a nexus to terrorism, the bureau takes over. They didn’t,’ the official said. ‘That doesn’t mean it’s not criminal — it just means it doesn’t rise to the level of terrorism.’"
"For a criminal act to be considered ‘terrorism’ in New York, the suspect has to commit a felony with ‘underlying political motivation.’ But that has to be more than just a statement that he doesn’t like a particular group.
Apparently, it’s just too big of a stretch for Eric Holder to link these guys to Islamic terrorism. Thus, New York will have to bear the costs of prosectution of the aspiring terrorists without the resources of the federal government.

And many liberals like to say that Timothy McVeigh was a “Christian terrorist”. And the liberals also talk about the tragic cases of abortion clinic violence, which have been linked to an extreme Christian view opposing abortion.
So, in the liberal mind, there are Christian terrorists, and there are Islamic terrorists. Since there are Christian terrorists, we aren’t allowed to say anything about Islamic terrorists.
And then the liberals go on to say that not all Muslims are terrorists, and we shouldn’t jump to conclusions, etc.
This liberal mindset is behind the actions of Eric Holder on terror cases, wanting civilian trials, etc.
Holder’s people.
Holder’s view of law is that anything he disagrees with, will not be enforced, no matter how violent and direct a threat it presents. How long will it be before Holder is arrested and tried for aiding and abetting terrorism, refusal to enforce the law, and dare we say treason?
OK, and we won't call Holder a lying, disingenuous, anit-American rat bastard...

You have to wonder about Robert Mueller. If he stays on, Is he doing so in order to keep an eye on Holder (doubt it) or is he sympathetic to Holder’s beliefs. Holder is so anti-American it makes me sick.
If I did, will they BEHEAD me??
