I like Herman Cain. I might even drive down to Atlanta on Saturday for his presidential kickoff.
I’ll have no problems voting for him.
Yikes, I bet the Paulistinians weren’t expecting that.

I'm sure they weren't, but in the typical Paulinista mindset, the Federal Reserve is right up there Al Queda (actually they probably think the Federal Reserve is worse).
But the typical voter? C'mon, the Fed is part of the nations's financial system. Not a secret plot.
L.Ron Paul. His followers are just like the other L. Ron people!
This cracker is down to two candidates. Palin and Cain. If Palin doesn't get her magnificent fanny into this race soon, I'm going for Cain...
They are Paulintoligests! Same tactics!
I know several people who seem to be emotionally invested in a Palin run. If she announced that she was not only NOT running but backing Cain?
Talk about upsetting the establishments’ apple cart!
Wait. What's wrong with this picture? The guy with the bus said the world was going to end on the 21st!
I came on this thread to say I had not really seen any attacks on Herman Cain. However since the piece is also about Ron Paul and his Wing Nut followers I’ll happily say that my memory is coming back...
yes...
yes...
There have been FAR too many vicious attacks on Mr. Cain by Ron Paul!
It will be the start of the end of the world for ‘Bammy’!
WEATHER ALERT! Batten down the hatches boys! There be a Hermancain’ a com’n!
What did you expect?
Ron Paul is a racist bigot and all of his followers are flakes and cuckoos.
ESPECIALLY the ones here that infest FR like bedbugs in a cheap motel.
Herman Cain is the only candidate who is willing to fight and attack the WH interloper. This is a Herman Cain thread — for those who support Gov Palin (who has not seen fit to enter the fray)maybe should start a separate thread devoted to her. To my mind she is much TOO divisive to run for POTUS - VP OK.
Mr. Cain is what Obama should have been. In their haste to be seen as progressive, the Democrats picked the absolutely worst candidate in history.
I'm not holding my nose and voting for the lesser of two evils. A vote for whatever RINO candidate is fielded is not a vote for Obama, as many will say. It is a vote of great importance, a vote stating that we refuse to play the game anymore. I'm tired of leaving the polling place feeling like I need a three day shower. Enough is enough.
I'm not sure it is bad press (except in the minds of Paul supporters).
Chariman of a Federal Reserve Branch
Understands finance
Understands the banking system
Understand the monetary supply
Understands economics
Compare that to Obama's Treasury secretary who couldn't figure out how to use Turbo Tax to file his own taxes--and HE'S the one advising Obama on financial decisions.
We're in financial trouble; a guy like Cain--who actually understands finances--looks pretty good right now.
