I am so tired of people ignoring the evidence that is in front of us all, and accusing people like myself of making stuff up. I have laid my cards out on the table and so have others. Don’t go pretending there is nothing there.

Butter, your work, and the work of quite a few others has shown those who care to look that the sitting POTUS became so illegally.

The question remains: Where does one take the proof? Congress refuses to act. The Courts refuse to give an opinion on what the constitutional rules might be. The Secretaries of State of the individual states have refused to take responsibility for monitoring the constitutional qualifications of those candidates on their ballots. In those states passing the "Qualification" statutes, it appears to me that this "BC Abstract" would suffice to prove Constitutional qualification. IOW, they are a joke.

Those 20 million or so of the electorate who can read the Constitution have been successfully marginalized by Team Obama, and we do not have a coordinated, organized program, or plan for either taking the case coherently to a wider audience, or for getting the legal action due us as American citizens.

I believe our first target should be those elected to represent us, which they are not doing. Our secondary target might be to get a clarifying position statement from prospective candidates. E.G., lot of people going GAGA over Cain, but he has steadfastly refused to even talk about Constitutional Eligibility.

I believe we need to let our legislators know that if they aren’t going to do the job then we will. Specifically we need to pass state ballot initiatives granting legal standing to legal residents to challenge Presidential eligibility.

And while we’re at it we should pass initiatives giving legal standing to legal residents to challenge in court whether government officials are OBEYING THE LAWS.

Because that is what this is really about. It’s about lawlessness between elections. Once somebody is in office their cronies cover for them and the people are shafted. Law enforcement has become ajust nother political arm of whatever administration is in power.

Regarding the candidates, how can I believe they would take the Presidential oath seriously when they say by their actions that the Constitution is toilet paper?

At this point I can’t even stand to hear the voices of the so-called “conservatives” who have trampled the Constitution on this issue. I have no use for them. None. Sean Hannity is dead to me. Mark Levin is dead to me. Ann Coulter and Glenn Beck are dead to me. Why should I believe a word they say when they are this clueless or traitorous on the one subject that I do have a lot of knowledge about right now? If they are this wrong on this, they could be wrong on everything. And if they care so little for the Constitution, then what the heck are they trying to “conserve”?

If we throw away the whole foundation, then everything else is just piddles. Like arguing over what kind of button to use on a dress that has no cloth. If the fabric of the nation is lost, what difference does it make how much of our money they spend? Do they worry how much of the peasants’ money Ahmadinejad spends?
