Jerome Corsi states that Obama was born in Kenya. He also claims that he is closing in on Mark Niesse as the forger of Obama's BC in Hawaii.

Right now I have no use for any politician or commentator who thinks the rule of law and the foundations of our country are not worth even paying attention to. At this point every last critter in DC has violated their oath to protect and defend the US Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic.
Bah on them all. If any of them dare to ask me for money I will tell them straight-out that I have nothing but contempt for those who thought so little of the oath they made.
The only ones who were still in the running for POTUS by the time the second forgery came out were Palin and Bachman, and maybe Cain (not sure where he’s stood on all of it). Since the second forgery, they’re all washed-up. I can’t get excited about any of them, because no matter what kind of line they talk, when the rubber hits the road they have been more than willing to let a foreign enemy sit in the White House and eat this nation alive.

Did I invent the two different versions of the 1960-64 birth index that the HDOH sent me? They’re posted on my blog. Are you accusing me of making that up?
Did I invent the inclusion of birth names for adoptive children in the 1960-64 birth index? I have the divorce records where the birth dad signed off to allow the mom’s husband to adopt the 2 kids, the signature of the mom using her remarried name, and the certified driver’s abstract of one of the boys using the adoptive surname. The HDOH messed with their 1960-64 birth index with the documentable result that sealed, legally-invalid records are now included in that list.

Did I invent the HDOH telling me they don’t have a birth record for Virginia Sunahara? Did I invent the 1960-64 birth and death indices in which Virginia Sunahara is listed?
Did I invent the HDOH Administrative Rules, the statements by Janice Okubo, the CDC’s 1961 Natality Report, and a 1955 article regarding the collection of vital records - all of which support the claim that Obama’s “date filed” and BC# are incompatible?
I am so tired of people ignoring the evidence that is in front of us all, and accusing people like myself of making stuff up. I have laid my cards out on the table and so have others. Don’t go pretending there is nothing there.

I won't be surprised if the 9th Circuit subpoenas a copy of the BC. I expect that not to make any difference for birthers and they will segue smoothly on to their next talking point.
At this point nothing would surprise me regarding the media.
But I do question how Niesse would have access to the original birth certificates which were combined to create this latest forgery. That part doesn’t make sense to me.
That's something that has alway made me skeptical about a Kenyan birth. What possible reason would SA have had to travel all the way to Kenya, alone, to give birth? Not a low cost little trip, either.
Have any explanation for that been provided?
