Obama playing politics tonight at the Human Rights Campaign annual dinner saying 'we don't believe it's OK for a stage full of political leaders...being silent when an American soldier is booed.' Obama then tells them to start standing up for the men and women who wear the uniform if they want to be commander-in-chief. Of course, this is politics. The soldier was booed after he asked his question, not after he said he was gay. This is Obama tonight in Washington. Video

I support our Military. Actually far more then Obama. I do not support homosexuality. I can support soldiers and not perverts.
I didn’t know biscuits and gravy were legal outside Texas.
Learn something new every day.
With pepper. Lots of pepper.
Exactly! What about the “Solyndra Silence”? I would like him to bring up that topic for once. Hypocrite. There is quite a lengthy list of things HE needs to explain, but won’t. I can’t wait for Herman Cain to take this guy down during the presidential debates.(I hope he gets that far)
Actually that's this evening.
Pizza and two episodes of classic Stargate.
Y'all come on by, the gate's open.
No delivery available. :-(
No delivery?! That’s still a very thoughtful invite. Thank you.
Most people find that fostering and promoting the mental disorder of homosexuality as a “lifestyle alternative” repugnant. Of course there was booing.
Hubby and I are still wading through Atlantis, and we're not holding out much hope for Universe at this point after your ringing endorsement, gunner. ;-p
You three and whoever else shows up for an open-gate invitation to gunner's house [green with envy] have a great evening.
In spite of not being at gunner's, we'll do the same. Baby back ribs with my new barbecue sauce recipe that Hubby wanted to try and has pronounced "great" after a preliminary taste, corn on the cob, and greens.
I just wanted to fondle your new gun anyway.
Sorry. It’s not new anymore. I took the first shot. Hubby and I shot a little under half a mag to get the scope adjusted, for it was really far off. I can tell you that it is sooo sweet. Not much recoil to speak of, steady as a rock, and relatively quiet compared to the .45s.
But we got rained out again.
I truly do wish you and the gang had been here. Maybe we can make that happen one of these days — more likely at the Keep, where certain people will be much more comfortable.
That’s going to be some party.
