I would think that there would be no need for independent verification. If it works, the customer will buy more. Thats all the independent verification that is needed... The market place. Even the "purchaser" is a black box.
Unless you know who it is and can reveal it, you are checkmated.

How so? Your not being ask to buy one or fund it? If it doesn’t work there will be very few sales. If it does work, expect to see the balance of power in the world change.

If you had something that you invented that could change the course of history helping many of the people of the world, put many moneyed people on the alert and be stolen by others would you just let it all hang out and reveal all of your secrets to the world or would you play it safe, careful and hold your cards close to your chest?
