Gallup: Cain 18, Gingrich 15, Romney 15.
Marist: Romney 23, Gingrich 19, Cain 17.

I do recommend Cain supporters ignore discussion of what Cain says. It can’t be good for them.

Cain sounding more like a conservative of convenience, again.

Sort of like Perry on:

1. Trying to push Guardisil
2. TTC
3. Coming out against E-Verify
4. Coming out against a COMPLETE border fence
5. Coming out against AZ1070
6. Coming out for Comprehensive Immigration Reform
7. Coming out for Amnesty. Perry: "And Texans made a decision -- are we going to kick these people to the side of the road and they are going to become tax wasters? Or are we going to require that they become citizens of the United States and become taxpayers? We chose the latter."

What to play do you? Hmm in 1993 Cain was one of the leaders fighting, and helping kill, Hillary care.

What was your guy Rick Perry doing in 1993?

Well how about that. Rick Perry was 1 of the very few Republicans to campaign FOR Hillary care

“When I saw Herman Cain’s interview with Wolf Blitzer yesterday afternoon”

Wow, I didn’t know Cain had said that THIS AFTERNOON.

Zot, anyone.

And conveniently 5 anti-Cain posters were immediately available to comment on this old and debunked smear attempt. I think a GANG ZOT might be in order.

More freepers who can’t stay on-topic. It’s not really hard. Read the article posted, and comment on it. Defend your candidate’s statements.

No. Charles. It’s a game to the titan. It’s a dishonest game. And he has already played it once tonight.

Actually, when I heard Mitt throw this accusation at him..it took me back a little bit.

So I did a little bit of research.

When Hillarycare was working it’s way thru the channels of Congress...it was a Democratic Congress. I think Newt tried to minimize what could be. Hillarycare didn’t happen He didn’t vote for it.

When he became Speaker and we had control of the House and Senate, Hillarycare was voted down.

Gingrich was once mighty.

He could have changed history.

He may again. As Cain’s VP.

That would be sweet. I thought about pinging JR regarding this abuse of his site, but he’s too busy in fund-raising mode. I guess this is what the Perry people are left with - recycling stuff from months ago and disguising it as new.

It's not my thread. It's not my article. If you have a problem with the article, discuss it.

I didn't MAKE Cain say what he said about the 2nd amendment. Someone posted a quote from Cain, and I took issue with it. You are going out of your way to ignore Cain's statement, and to avoid discussing it, going so far as to attack freepers, threaten bannings, and trying to hijack the thread with totally unrelated article links.

Of course, I've had trouble taking your posts seriously since the time you insisted that Rick Perry painted racists words ON the rock, and when people tried to explain your mistake, you called them liars.

But here we are discussing an interview Cain gave back in June where he expressed his opinion about how the 2nd amendment would apply.

you would think taking a quote out of context and spinning it to say wanted you wanted it to say was honest

My actual comment about a quote was about the quote a CAIN SUPPORTER posted to "clarify" the quotes in the main article. So if you don't like it, go yell at the Cain supporter who psoted it.

I did, post 32. Now it's your turn. Are Scalia, Thomas and Alito wrong? Do the States really not have the Authority to put reasonable restrictions on firearms? So which is it? Do you side with Cain and SCOTUS or are you on some other side.

An article from June?

A comment later clarified?

Really?

This is what the anti Cain crowd is down to?

Well you pitch the balls you got...
