The Cain threads have been passionate and spirited. Many supporters of Cain here, cheered by the statement from his campaign, that he is continuing in the race, have already sent him more $$$, or promised that they will do so shortly.
I have TWO questions for these people:
I am a Cain supporter. He is my first choice. 2a and 2b are Gingrich and Perry respectively. I have purchased yard signs from the Cain campaign, not sure if that counts as sending him money.
I will not be sending him or anyone any money from here on out as I am pretty broke and while I have backup candidates, they aren’t anyone I’d care to support financially.
I believe that anyone making a contribution to Cain right now must understand that he may drop out and they are not owed a refund as they knew the score when they donated their money.
I do not trust the MSM to tell me anything truthful beyond the time and the weather, and I'm still on the fence about the weather.
I believe in the adage "where there is smoke, look for mirrors first," when it comes to the MSM reporting on GOP politics.
I'd like to see actual proof and not just more allegations.

Thank you.
Read this..and from the NY slimes. And dont just skim over it..read it.
1)what is wrong with Cane?
2) why not support him?
1. What are you afraid of?
2. What do you care who anybody supports?
I do not stop supporting a candidate because DNC operatives so easily find lying trollups who are happy to slander a conservative in order to gain fame and possibly money for doing their evil deed of smearing a good Christian man.
Remember, dems believe killing not yet born Americans, is a “right”. They lose no sleep at all lying about Herman Cain and causing him and his family trouble.
Would those who are so happy to revel in Cain’s troubles with liars, like to see us have another RINO on the repub ticket again? Really?
I’ll be sending in my 4th contribution to Mr.Cain tomorrow.
I will never regret it.
Some don't give up so easily, in fact some of us (whoever we might be) will not give up until we have exposed the defilers and crushed them under our feet.
No and no.
Well I liked Cain, but my support for him has dropped. Barring legitimate indications that the affair allegations where made up, I won’t be supporting Cain in any manner.
It’s not because he had an affair. It’s not because he hemmed an hawed about it when it came to the surface. It’s about if he did have the affair, why didn’t he just get it out of the way before throwing his hat into the ring?
I don’t understand. It’s such a simple strategy — get all your bad news out of the way up front, then any support you build afterwards if rock solid.
How can you run for such a high office, and not consider the skeletons in your closet.
You support him and you want him to drop out of the race?
That's why, at this point, Cain should stay in the race.
If nothing else, it will show the MSM to be the Renfield to the Democrat Dracula that they have become.

The people I thought should understand Obama's Libya policy, the Republicans in our Congress, apparently didn't have a clue. Cain knew that we should not be supporting the terrorists, Obama and Congress thought that we should. I'll take Cain's understanding of what our foreign policy should be over some loser like Crybaby Boehner any day.
Newt is in on the fix to give us another 4 years of Obama . I’m certain of it . Furthermore ...
Telegenicity i.e., telegenic: the reason John Fitzgerald Kennedy was elected president.
JFK was telegenic. Without tv JFK would not have gotten enough votes for the mob-supplied Chicago “votes” to put him over the top.
Nixon refused to protest the fraud saying that it was not good for the Country.
Telegenicity matters. Slick , young and in shape incumbent black man versus a fat , pasty , old white re-tread . Who wins ? Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public as Mencken said many moons ago .
Everyone has waited weeks for the last smear to be proven. It hasn’t.
So now another one is dredged up. Two questions for YOU:
How about you worry about how your money is spent and not anyone else’s?
How about waiting for facts and proof before judging the accused?
1. Do you think that any other candidate may drop out of the race?
2. Do you think they will return your contributions?
3. If it isn’t your money, why do you care?
Thanks.
Nonsense. Cain's issue is he can't adequately end these controversies sufficiently to put them behind him. His response has been poor and often nonsensical.
This latest woman claims she had a long term affair with Cain. She obviously had Cain's number and phone records that indicate a fair bit of communication. She seems like a shady, seedy character. Yet Cain's explanation is they were friends and he wanted to help her financially. Err, why? If he hasn't done anything wrong, Cain could simply explain the details of exactly how he knew her and why he wanted to help her financially. But he doesn't. He basically just denies the charge without any explanation. Naturally the issue is not going to go away if he doesn't explain it.
Just how hard should it be for him to explain how he knew this woman and why he wanted to help her? Provide some context and details along with his categorical denial and she will have to put up or shut up. If she can't bring forward anything more to counter his explanation, it's over. If no one had seen them in hotels and what not, it's over. The problem is Cain handles these things badly. Either he and his campaign are just incompetent, or there is some shade of truth here preventing him from providing a full, detailed response.
Bingo!
These guys are so obvious.
