One word: Whoa!!
Now we see the reason for the national union assault on Wisconsin. This was their fear. Their slaves have become unshackled.

This is something Republicans should be pressing all the time: workers should be able to vote at least every two years on whether or not to stay unionized. Once people realize how much they pay for not much benefit, they’ll back out & stop giving the thugs the money.

Interesting, now with $50 more per month in their wallets these teachers become eligible for merit pay as well.

Be aware!
Union thugs have been exposed as parasites. They must (and will) show themselves necessary!
Manufactured labor strife will increase. Bank on it

How do they handle pensions in this case? It's a real LOL moment when the unions have to pay pensions to non-union retirees!

Teacher pensions are held by the state. The “union” has nothing to do with it.

The truth is very dangerous for the government unions, they bosses make big bucks, the demonRATS get kick backs and the members just keep paying,
The only teachers that benefit are the slugs that most of their peers would rather be fired but are protected.

Some idiot where I work is trying to convince people to unionize. He keeps pushing the idea that union workers in the same job make 68% more, but I’ve never found any unionized business that matches this one. As far as I know, nobody’s fallen for his spiel yet, but he’s still a pain.

So basically he wants a raise with no extra work or productivity. Typical.
