Could we not develop a weapon that is fired from the same platform, guided by the same system, but optimized for personnel casualty-producing effects?
I’d like to know how many of those who were apparently walking away were dead an hour later from the concussion effect. The guy on the motorcycle seemed a wasted missile as he was finished off by machine gun fire. That could have been used in the first place
