I’ve had a cold for the last four days and the last three I have been using Mucinex to suppress this horrible cough.

I have experienced the same symptoms you did.

Felt like I was on my period and cramping. Uhg! and I’m a man.

Never taking it again.

Switching back to Robitussin DM.

Hope you get over your cough but Mucinex (guaifenesin) isn’t a cough suppressant. It is an expectorant.
