Conservatives should be prepared.
They should be ready and eager to challenge the
premise of certain questions. They should ask the
interviewer if similar questions are asked of liberal
politicians. They should be willing and able to explain
the conservative viewpoint. They should be friendly
while pointing out that they understand the interviewer’s
liberal bias and, finally, they should require that
they be allowed time to respond to the edited
television broadcast if they need to.
Don’t act like as if he has to ask you for permission what network he can go to give an interview
