My family does a lot of charity work with elders. I know this to be a fact.
One lady we know has had a low paying job during her working years. She only gets around $650.00 a month. She has no other income. She is sick and alone.
Would you like to see her meager income cut? Just let her die to save a few bucks? After all, she’s 82. What use is she? (Well maybe we won’t have to worry about her and others like her when Obamacare and the death panels go into effect)

While some of the costs summarized above are subsets, e.g. cost of the murders as part of the cost of crime, as you can see the economic costs of tolerating illegal immigration is quite considerable. You are paying for it in terms of higher taxes, insurance premiums, et cetera.

Santorum and Newt would both beat Obama in debate, and either one of them would be a life-saving change in the White House. But I support Newt because I think we need a president who will continue to teach in office: who we are as Americans, what our founding documents mean, why America is exceptional, and what we need to do to reclaim that heritage. We need an informed citizenry in order to hold our elected officials accountable, and we need a renewed dedication to personal responsibility if we are to defeat the wolf of socialism at our door.

I'm a Santorum supporter and you can add me to the "Won't vote for Newt or Mitt if Santorum drops out" category. Really tired of hearing Newt's supporters constantly trash Santorum for endorsing Specter under pressure when their guy happily endorsed Scozzafava. Hypocrisy isn't going to win them any supporters.
