“By his own admission Mr. Wealth admitted that he was paying about 15% as his federal income tax rates! What’s that mean? It means he is so wealthy he lives off his long term investments. “
SO WHAT?
I am not a Romney supporter, but I am all for successful people living off their investments. More power to him on that.
—Every day Beck turns from his Christianity to promote a non-Christian! -
That is incorrect. Here is a correct statement: “Every day Beck stands by his mormonism to promote a mormon.”
Beck has become a nutcase.
Maybe he always was, but it has now become evident.
Florida: Where the east coast goes to die.
Beck is mentioned in to single sentence paragraphs. What does he have to do with this article?
My opinion is that they are using the election for publicity. For the general election, they will either endorse Obama or will not endorse Newt, if Newt wins the primary. These people, such as Michael Savage, Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter, Joe Scarborough put publicity first. Fox News, for example is going for Romney, because it looks better to be known as the “Mitt Romney Network” than the “Newt Gingrich Network.” They aren’t as anti-Obama as they claim, and they fear being called racist.
So, who owns Beck? The GOP? I missed the part about Beck's owners.
Glenn Beck is a shock jock.
Beck is probably following his bishop’s instructions to support his co-religionist.
Going rogue? He’s going nuts. This morning he threatened to send tapes of Newt to primary state radio stations, apparently in an effort to destroy his campaign. If Beck ends up being responsible for sticking us with Willard the abortionist & homosexual lover, he will have a lot to answer for.
The writer could at least spell Beck’s name right. It’s Glenn with two n’s.
So Glenn Beck does not support Newt, and is using his microphone to state his reasons why. OK, I dont see a problem with that. He is entitled to have an opinion, and his favorite candidate, which it seems to be Santorum. What he is saying on his show is not much different than what we were saying here on FR when Newt first threw his hat in. Look back at the FR archives from spring of last year and you could scarcely find a kind comment about Newt, and that couch photo of him and Pelosi was on every Newt thread. Glenn Beck has remained unmoved in all of that time. It is us that have changed and seem not able to remember what comments we posted about Newt back in May 2011 when he was in the single digits. It is us that need to explain why we changed our minds about Newt
I consider myself an undecided delegate that doesnt even vote until March. Im interested in everyones opinions, even Becks.
I guess we need to put Rush in the same nutcase category, because all the reasons Glenn has given to look closely at Newt have also been presented by Rush.
I’ve pledged my support for Newtard “FDR” Ging-dong, but if he blows this — or some huge skeleton crawls out of his closet — I’m kicking that bookworms ass.
I thought everyone knew Beck was a Mormon. This article seems to have little to do with Beck really. I don’t know what is trying to pull right now though (but I think he was secretly in the bag for Romney without wanting to say so).
Beck along with much of the Republican elite and the hard core Democrats, who support our communists black Muslim King Obama, is enough for me to definitely realize that Newt Gingrich is the only nomination for President.
We're witnessing cult brainwashing in action. What obviously doesn't make sense to use makes perfect sense to him BECAUSE HIS MIND HAS BEEN WARPED BY A CULT ! He's John Birch society one second and defending Romney the next.
Thank God for Freerepublic and Christian Tea Partiers....Our only chance to keep the Salt Lake cult from taking over a second third of our national government.
If I hear another "conservative" (whatever that means anymore) make this case against Mittens, my head is going to explode.
Seriously, are we so out of arguments that we need to go with this idiotic Marxist class-envy route? Are we this lost?
Did we run when the Germans attacked Pearl Harbor?
Don't stop him, he's on a roll.
Here's one I couldn't resist; Otter and Mrs. Werner at the toga party.
They are oldies, but goodies.
Spot on!
I put Glenn on my ignore list several months ago.
