Curious, to say the least.

Seems Barry’s “no-show” attorney may be a presidential elector in Georgia-—convenient, huh?

from a post on
http://intangiblesoul.wordpress.com/

“BUT THE REAL, AND SHOCKING, STORY IS: Michael Jablonski, General Counsel, Democratic Party of Georgia, who represented Obama in the Georgia ballot challenge and who defiantly refused to attend the hearing with Judge Malihi, is on the GA Secretary of State Elections Advisory Council. http://www.sos.ga.gov/GAEAC/";

I found it amazing that Judge Malihi stood up and conducted a trial that entered into our legal court system records all of the evidence that until now a couple of dozen other judges have refused to even discuss?

What would your reaction be if someone threatened one of your family members with physical harm if you continue to do something? I’ll bet that you would instantly cease that practice. I believe that someone threatened Judge Malihi’s family with death or physical harm. That would explain his contorted judicial decision. Not being an attorney, I am hoping that the appeals court will correct this error.

We do not have a system that will protect anyone in America until it is too late. When the death or injury has already occurred, only then will our law enforcement step up to determine if they qualify to investigate the situation. A protection order is about as protective as a wet tissue.

Where was the show of support for his actions? Where were the vocal American patriots who have been screaming and criticizing everyone for not properly vetting Obama? I was expecting a roar similar to the opening of the Super Bowl when it was announced that Judge Malihi was going to allow a trial. Those hopes were quickly vanquished when I realized that the vocal keyboard patriots were content to sit quietly in their chairs and hide behind their flat screens. They were expecting this one man to stand up and take the first punch for America’s sovereignty!

I don’t care what country our acting president was born in. It is his father’s citizenship that irks me. Barack wrote that he was a British subject. If so, the man at 1600 is ineligible to hold that Office. He does not qualify as a natural born citizen. He needs to be removed. If the only option available to us is to prevent him from running for re-election then let’s join together and do it! We must form into solidly determined groups and demand our local legislators and bureaucrats join us in this fight.

Valerie Jarrett (senior adviser to President Barack Obama), born in Iran.

Who Is Valerie Jarrett? (The American Spectator) http://spectator.org/archives/2008/08/26/who-is-valerie-jarrett (8.26.2008)

That article mentions:

Tony #Rezko, Iranian.

Remember the guy BHO, Jr. bought his house from?

Now our Judge in GA? Iranian? Muslim?

His family names are Persian/Iranian. They are reported as being Muslim.

Coincidence? You tell me.

Connection?

I think it would be really KEWL if you could do a bio on all the judges who have ruled against the Birthers. That ex-marine guy down in Florida, and the 3 or 4 judges in Indiana, and now the one in Virginia. I hear there is also a new one in Indiana this time around.

Plus, and this is a helpful hint, maybe you could get a jump on this assignment by looking them up as soon as the Birther cases are assigned. Because the odds are these suits are going to wind up as losers because law suits based on Imaginary Law, like the two citizen parent requirement, tend to get tossed out pretty quick.

Personally, I am betting this is going to happen whether the judges are Muslims, Jews, Foot-Washing Baptists, Snake-Handling Pentecostals, Catholics, Wiccans, whatever. We shall see. . .

Not in a spirit of negativity here, but family history is my hobby. I was already stymied in researching the name, J.Harrison Bounel. It seemed "the man who never was".

I hastily used Ancestry.com -I presume the Judge was born in the 1950's. I went to the US Federal Census of 1930. Perhaps there was an omission, or I am in error. No entry could I find for this name. This would give the name of parents/parent and their country of origin. The Judge himself is well and often documented in directories. Dunwoody, Georgia is mentioned.

Far too early for any real solid leads but I note other persons of that surname. All born in the USA.

Mirmoham
Monir
Hassan
Najmaddin
Mohammed
Jiaan

Just to throw a curve into the mix, I have to concede there is a Wendy Malihi born 1866 in Massachusetts. Father is John, born Ireland. Who knows, perhaps it was a mispelling of the name.

The lack of ordinary information, as to the gentleman's origins and even a rough back ground about his youth,is surprising.

The reason why there is very little biographical info available on Mr. Malihi might be more benign than you, Windflier, presume: he isn't a "judge" in the true sense of the word, rather an administrative law judge. In other words, if you apply the doctrine of separation of powers (at the state level) and divide the Georgia state government into legislative, executive, and judicial branches, Malihi would be in the executive branch.

One of the standard reference books on judges' bios, both federal and state levels, covering the entire country, is The American Bench. You will find it in any good reference library. No administrative law judges would be included. Furthermore, even amongst the true judges, there is a wide range of degree of detail, depending on what information each individual judge wishes to supply.

Malihi might be an Iranian immigrant, but most Iranian immigrants to the US since the overthrow of the Shah and the beginning of the mullah regime (1979) are staunchly anti-Islamist.
