You’ll get at least 15 with this one, John.
Wait. whut?
Darn you! you got me!
And they realized that fact. That's why they allowed 2/3 of the House, 2/3 of the Senate and 3/4 of the states' legislatures to make necessary changes. But that bar is set very high to put some roadblocks in the way of the tyranny of a moment's whim.
Oh (#$%(#$(! What's this hook in my lip and why am I flopping around on the deck? At least my response was somewhat thoughtful and general rather than my usual fist pounding outrage I type before I go back and erase it once I see that you were the author, John.
As truth is absolute, and cannot be changed, so must the foundation of our nation; the Constitution is absolute for our nation, and cannot be changed!
Those that tinker with it will be doomed with our nation; no one can perfect on our foundation and Constitution, which as been good for over 200 years.
The writers of the Constitution had more forsight than any of the “Johnnie” [or Joannie] come-latelies of this present time.

This is what happens when you elect people who spend their entire college life boffing their brains out.
I would ask her why did she swear a false oath “to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States from our enemies, both foreign and domestic.”
the US Constitution mustnt be allowed to override Congress scope of action.
She’s mental. Congress gets is “scope of action” from the Constitution.
She feels that the Constitution is written on toilet paper even though she took an oath to uphold it. The best thing is she is stripped of her office.
The idea of the constitution is to control gov’t power and people like her need to be tightly controlled even more by “We the People”.
LOL, very good, ya almost got me, I was about to comment profoundly on the Constitutional limits on the Federal government until I saw it was you.
Satire or not, there are a lot of Congress-critters out there that would happily replace our Constitution with a document about 100 years newer... The Communist Manifesto!
She did say that.
Remember, the Constitution is a 200-year-old document. Those who wrote it could not have anticipated all of the changes that would transpire in the future. So, those of us who are governing in the present must sometimes deviate from what the Constitution says.
Basically, the decision has been made by this Congress that all Americans must have health care insurance whether they want it or not, Hochul added. No one can be excused from paying for it. We cannot allow professions of conscientious objections under the guise of religious freedom or personal beliefs to deter us from imposing this requirement.
She didn't say any of that - but what she did say was almost as stupid: 'I should have been clearer in saying that under Article One (of the Constitution), Congress passes the laws, she told the Buffalo News. If you dispute it, you go to court, where the judges will determine the constitutionality.' - http://thedailynewsonline.com/news/article_3dfcfd62-635b-11e1-9f05-0019bb2963f4.html
May be satire in this thread, but “the President of the United States of America” thinks just like this. Has there ever been a more anti-American president?
