Yup. Dr. Orly Taitz, Esquire, filed a petition trying to get Obama removed from the ballot. Just one problem. She filed it three weeks after the deadline. Then she charged the state Democratic Party with RICO violations and has applied for sanctions against them. Hearing scheduled next month.

God bless her, she’s still fighting. I’m surprised she hasn’t been taken out yet. I know she’s done a lot of stuff wrong, and has been thoroughly discredited and ridiculed for what she’s done correctly, but she’s still fighting when so many others have caved in.
