He was suspended from school for five days (only scattered reports and speculation so far as to why) and was staying with his father and stepmother who lived in that subdivision. Interestingly, though shot a mere block from his home, he was apparently unidentified for three days in the morgue, as his parents did not report him missing.
So how does your 17 year old staying with you go missing for 3 days and no one thinks twice about it?????
Suspended from school for a week. That is interesting.
visiting fathers girlfriend who lived in a townhouse. doesn’t say it was that particular subdivision.
supposedly suspended for tardiness.
That is what I can't understand. Why wait so long?

Martin went to the store, didn’t return and the family did not report him missing for three days???
What kind of bunch IS this?
I have a feeling we’ll be finding out a lot of unsavory stuff about this bunch.
I have seen he was suspended for 10 days, too. I’m not sure which it is.
There was a story that won’t pull up for me now—it had some interesting comments from Trayvon’s mother.

Also, check out this article...

“I had gone out for dinner,” says Tracy, “and when I got home, Trayvon wasn’t there. I tried calling his cell phone several times, and it went straight to voicemail. I wasn’t that worried, because he had been spending time with my 20-year-old nephew who was a responsible young man. There wasn’t a panic that he wasn’t at home. I figured that they had gone to the movies, because they had said they might. So I laid down, thinking they would show up later.”
So, if the father wasn’t home, where was the little brother Trayvon supposedly went to get Skittles for? This explains how the *Trayvon went during NBA Allstar Halftime to buy Skittles for his little brother* (Trayvon dead by 7:17 and the game didn’t start until 7:30pm). The father wasn’t even home. Was little brother left alone? This gets more and more twisted by the moment.
He was suspended for 10 days and his father said it was for being in an unauthorized area of the school- but he wouldn’t elaborate. I’m guessing the school caught him breaking into an office or other area in order to steal.
I had read that he was suspended for being late too many times.
I’m on a phone, so I can’t copy and paste, but that is what I had read.
Not exactly. His father was not home at the time of the shooting. He returned later, tried to call Trayvon and got no answer, which he thought was a little surprising, but wasn't worried. He fell asleep and was scared when he woke up and Trayvon was still not there, so he called the police. They came over to the house to see a picture, and identified him then. The next morning - not three days. Here is the dad's story.
I hadn’t seen that anywhere. Is there a source?

OK, that’s a new one on me, and I thought I’d been following this pretty closely for the last 4-5 days.
WHAT. THE. HECK!?
Any media, or better yet, official sources for that?
